Full job descriptionAs a Finance Analyst, based in West Berkshire, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department. Your day-to-day will involve analysing financial data, preparing reports, and helping the business make sound financial decisions.

Description
*Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
*Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes within the department.
*Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Collaborate with other teams to provide financial expertise and guidance.
*Monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements where necessary.
*Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
*A strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
*ACA or ACCA or CIMA Fully Qualified
*Proficiency in accounting principles and financial regulations.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work effectively with large data sets and financial software.
*Strong communication skills to present financial insights clearly.
*Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting.
*Full right to work
Job Offer
*Salary between £55,000 and £70,000 dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position within a great organisation.
