*Location: Northampton
*Job Type: Full-time
*Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Join a growing logistics and fulfilment business as a Logistics Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone with experience in logistics, fulfilment, customer service, or account coordination who enjoys building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts via telephone and email.
*Manage day-to-day operational enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
*Process customer orders and oversee related communications with both clients and internal teams.
*Maintain accurate records and update client enquiries through internal systems in line with agreed service standards.
*Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and commercial teams to support the smooth delivery of services.
*Monitor and manage client requests, ensuring deadlines and service level commitments are met.
*Assist with account administration, including service billing and reporting activities.
*Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support long-term client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience within logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, customer operations, or a similar environment.
*Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
*Experience working to deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
*Good commercial awareness and confidence handling billing or administrative processes.
*Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
