Description
*Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
*Maintain and update financial records in line with company policies.
*Assist with reconciliations and resolving discrepancies in accounts.
*Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
*Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes.
*Handle queries related to accounts and payments professionally.
*Contribute to month-end and year-end financial activities.
*Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
*Experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
*Familiarity with financial systems, ideally with MS Dynamics and processes.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
*Good organisational and time-management skills.
*Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
Job Offer
*Hourly pay of £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
*Temporary contract based in Dunfermline.
