Full job descriptionRobert Half is recruiting a Compliance Analyst with a privacy specialism for a well-established business in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone with a privacy background who wants to broaden into wider compliance work, with a genuine path to progression.
The Role
You’ll join a compliance team covering a broad range of areas, with privacy forming a key part of your day-to-day. Responsibilities include:
*Leading on privacy matters and compliance queries
*Monitoring and documenting compliance around purchasing
*Counter-fraud detection and advisory support
*Contract review and customer communication
*Supporting consumer protection and complaints handling
About You
*Around 3 years’ experience in a compliance or privacy role
*Strong privacy expertise, ideally GDPR/data protection focused
*Comfortable working across broader compliance areas, not privacy alone
*This role isn’t a fit for someone who wants to stay purely within privacy
What’s on Offer
*£35,000-£45,000 basic +bonus paid quarterly
*Pension scheme
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
*Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
*Genuine progression opportunity within the compliance function
