A high-growth FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who can drive performance, influence decision-making, and play a key role in shaping future growth.

What You’ll Do
*Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial, Sales and Operations
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
*Deliver value-adding variance analysis and commercial insight
*Build and maintain financial models for investment decisions & scenario planning
*Monitor KPIs and commercial metrics to highlight risks & opportunities
*Drive margin improvement and cost optimisation initiatives
What You’ll Bring

*A proactive, self-motivated approach with high standards
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Advanced Excel and financial systems capability
