Zachary Daniels is partnering with an established international fashion brand to recruit an ambitious and commercially focused Supervisor for a high-profile Central London store.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to energise a team, elevate the customer experience and turn commercial opportunities into results.
The opportunity:
*Lead, support and motivate the team throughout the trading day

*Drive sales, conversion and overall store performance

*Coach colleagues on service, product knowledge and selling techniques

*Monitor KPIs and respond confidently to trading opportunities

*Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

*Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards

*Take responsibility for the store in the absence of management

*Create a positive, engaging and performance-focused environment

The ideal candidate:
*Has previous Supervisor or senior-level fashion retail experience

*Can demonstrate success in driving sales and achieving KPIs

*Is confident leading shifts, coaching colleagues and giving feedback

*Leads from the shop floor with energy and commercial awareness

*Remains calm, organised and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment

*Is passionate about fashion, people and delivering excellent service

The package:
*£32,000 basic salary

*Commission and performance-related bonuses
