Description


*Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
*Matching, batching and coding invoices.
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies.
*Preparing supplier payment runs.
*Managing supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.
*Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts.
*Assisting with month-end purchase ledger close.
*Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties as required.
*Ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and in line with company procedures.


Profile
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role.
*Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Good communication skills and the confidence to liaise with suppliers and colleagues.
*Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
