Zachary Daniels is partnering with an established international fashion brand to recruit a commercially driven Key Holder for one of its high-profile Central London stores.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor or existing Key Holder who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.
The role:
*Drive individual and store sales targets

*Deliver an engaging and memorable customer experience

*Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

*Open and close the store as a trusted Key Holder

*Support management with daily store operations

*Lead by example and motivate colleagues on the shop floor

*Maintain excellent visual and operational standards

The ideal candidate:
*Has strong fashion retail experience

*Has previously held Key Holder or opening and closing responsibility

*Can demonstrate success against sales targets and KPIs

*Is confident in styling, selling and customer engagement

*Brings a proactive, reliable and commercially focused approach

*Is motivated to progress into retail management

The package:
*£29,000 basic salary

*Commission and performance-related bonuses
