Signature Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a high-growth, ambitious business in the search for an experienced Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on accountability, autonomy and delivering measurable results. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of the entire marketing function and play a key role in driving the next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Own and deliver performance across paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing and CRM.
*Manage website performance, conversion optimisation, technical SEO and user experience.
*Analyse campaign and channel performance using GA4, reporting tools and data modelling.
*Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships to maximise ROI.
*Lead and develop the marketing team.
*Work closely with sales and internal stakeholders to improve lead quality and commercial outcomes.
*Drive marketing activity across multiple channels within a high-volume lead generation environment.


What We’re Looking For
*strong experience across both paid and organic marketing channels.
*Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, SEO, CRM and content marketing.
*Advanced analytical skills and experience with GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets.
*Previous experience leading or managing people and external agencies.
*Strong commercial awareness with a focus on acquisition cost, revenue and profitability.
*Ability to work independently and make data-led decisions.
*Highly organised, analytical and genuinely passionate about marketing.
Location & Working Hours
*North Somerset
*Full-time permanent position
*Primarily office-based, with flexibility available for the right candidates
