Full job descriptionA leading global Fin-tech organisation seeks a Project Manager to drive a strategic Wealth Management programmes. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle-from initiation to benefits realisation-while engaging with senior stakeholders and steering committees.
*Competitive Compensation Package: Up to £125 k base + 30% bonus + stocks
*Working with a highly successful global Fin-tech company
*5 days a week onsite in their city London city office
Your Role:
*Lead cross-functional projects aligned with strategic priorities.
*Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring robust governance and timely delivery.
*Develop project plans, RAID logs, and reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
*Assess impact and provide options analysis for reprioritisation decisions.
*Partner with business leaders to define operating models and drive organisational readiness.
*Act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst during early project stages when needed.
Your Profile:
*Proven experience delivering complex projects in a Wealth Management or highly regulated financial services company.
*Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including engagement with MD/C-Suite executives.
*Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance best practices.
*Adaptability to blend fintech innovation with traditional financial processes.
*A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and resilience under pressure.
