Description
*Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes to aid strategic planning.
*Provide financial insights to senior management for effective decision-making.
*Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the business.
*Identify and implement process improvements for financial operations.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
*Assist in year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
Profile
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
*A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience in accounting and finance.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Experience in preparing and managing management accounts.
*Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
*Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate financial insights effectively.
*Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Job Offer
*A salary of around £42,000, dependent on the level of experience.
