Client Details
A company operating in the construction industry, based in Castleford.
Description
*Process and manage supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
*Communicate with suppliers to address invoice queries and payment issues.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
*Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliation processes.
*Support the Accounting & Finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
*Contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.
Profile
Must have:
*Intermediate level Excel skills (vlook up, pivot table)
*Sage50 experience (of 12 months at least)
*End-to -end experience in Subcontractor Ledger management
*End-to-end experience in Accounts Payable ledger management.
*Experience of working in a Construction Industry.
*Experience of credit card reconciliation AND petty card reconciliation.
