We are looking for teachers across Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Computing, with opportunities available for experienced teachers, ECTs and teachers looking for flexible supply work.
Whether you’re looking for a long-term position, day-to-day supply or the opportunity to find your next permanent role, we have schools looking for STEM specialists.
We are particularly interested in hearing from teachers specialising in:

As a STEM Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and develop their knowledge, skills and confidence.
Responsibilities may include:
*Planning and delivering engaging STEM lessons
*Teaching across KS3 and/or KS4
*Preparing pupils for GCSE examinations where applicable
*Differentiating lessons to meet individual learning needs
*Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
*Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management
*Building positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
*Using practical and innovative approaches to bring STEM subjects to life
*Contributing to departmental planning and wider school activities
*Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
We are keen to hear from teachers who have:
*QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
*Experience teaching within a secondary school
*Strong subject knowledge within a STEM discipline
*Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
*The ability to engage and inspire young people
*A flexible and adaptable approach
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
