Full job description The Role
*Lead execution across buy-side and sell-side M&A, take-privates, defence assignments and platform transactions in the real estate sector
*Own valuation and financial analysis workstreams, including NAV, DCF, LBO and accretion/dilution analysis
*Manage day-to-day client dialogue and act as the primary point of contact for advisers and counterparties
*Take responsibility for pitch and marketing materials, supporting origination alongside senior bankers
*Staff, mentor and review the work of Analysts and Associates
Requirements
*Current VP (or Associate on an imminent promotion track) at a bulge bracket, elite boutique or top-tier advisory house
*Prior Real Estate M&A experience is required; coverage of listed REITs, logistics, residential, self-storage or living sectors is advantageous
*Demonstrable ownership of live execution rather than support-only involvement
*Excellent modelling and technical capability across public and private M&A analysis
*Strong academics and the right to work in the UK
*European language skills are a plus
