Full job descriptionI’m currently working with a leading conveyancing department that is continuing to expand its high-performing Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer looking to join a modern, forward-thinking business that offers genuine flexibility, strong earning potential, and clear long-term career progression.
You can choose to work fully remotely or on a hybrid basis from the firm’s Leeds office, giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits your lifestyle.
Following a comprehensive Learning & Development induction, you will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling a broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, and shared ownership matters. Supported by market-leading case management technology and dedicated operational teams, you’ll be able to focus on delivering an exceptional client experience while progressing transactions efficiently.
You will have a minimum of two-three years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently, together with strong technical knowledge across a wide range of property transactions. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers.
