The role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider property team.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Handling residential sales, purchases and remortgage transactions
*Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
*Managing files from instruction through to completion
*Liaising with lenders, agents and other third parties
*Delivering practical and commercially focused advice
*Supporting colleagues on matters as required
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
*Is Scottish qualified or due to qualify shortly
*Has experience managing residential conveyancing matters during traineeship or post-qualification
*Has a genuine interest in property law
*Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills
*Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
*Takes a proactive and solutions-focused approach
*Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
