As a Logistics Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our supply chain and logistics operations. Day-to-Day of The Role:
*Coordinating daily logistics and transport activities.
*Processing orders and ensuring accurate documentation.
*Scheduling deliveries and monitoring shipment progress.
*Liaising with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments.
*Maintaining and updating logistics records and databases.
*Investigating and resolving delivery or stock discrepancies.
*Producing reports and supporting operational planning activities.
*Ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards.

Essential Skills and Experience
*Previous experience in an administrative or logistics support role.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
*A proactive and problem-solving approach.
Desirable
*Experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, or warehousing environments.
*Knowledge of order processing and shipment documentation.
*Familiarity with ERP, logistics, or warehouse management systems.
