OVERVIEW:

*Manage transactions and oversee the legal aspects of buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases.
*Handle a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
*Maintain and develop strong professional working relationships with clients, and other professionals.
*Process matters in a timely and cost-effective manner.
*Have excellent administrative, planning, organisation, and time management skills.

THE CANDIDATE:
*Applications are welcomed from candidates with at least 2 years of experiences in commercial property.
*You should have a proven track record of providing legal guidance on various commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
