E Junior Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Stats Profit for a confident and resourceful affiliate marketer to build a new member acquisition strategy from scratch.
This is not a conventional role with an established pipeline, supplied contact list or proven outreach process. Stats Profit needs someone who can identify suitable prospects or audiences, create interest and convert genuine engagement into paid annual memberships.
Sales or affiliate marketing experience is welcome but not essential. Applicants without direct experience must be able to present a credible strategy and convince us that it is worth testing during the initial four-week paid trial.
About Stats Profit
Stats Profit is a specialist football analytics membership service built on 12 completed seasons of recorded data.
The business researches selected weekend home-win opportunities across leading European leagues using historical performance, probability modelling and clearly defined selection criteria.
Members receive researched selections during the football season, a results tracker, monthly performance reports and supporting information explaining the approach.
Annual subscriptions are mainly sold from August to January or February. Stats Profit currently has one active paying member, so this is a genuine build-from-zero opportunity rather than an account-management role.
The Opportunity
Your objective during the first four weeks will be to generate at least two new paying annual members from prospects or audiences you have sourced independently.
You will receive product information, access to the Stats Profit website and support from the business owner. However, you should not expect a ready-made list, established pipeline or step-by-step sales process.
You will design, implement and improve your own B2C sales, outreach or affiliate strategy using your own tools, resources, networks and compliant channels.
Possible approaches include:
*Direct outreach and social prospecting
*Relevant online communities and audience engagement
*Affiliate, referral or partnership campaigns
*Content-led promotion and educational marketing
*Webinar invitations and follow-up conversations
*Existing personal or professional networks
*Other ethical and commercially sensible ideas you can justify
Affiliate-focused candidates may use content, referral routes, partnerships, relevant audiences or tracked campaigns. However, this is not simply a link-sharing role. You must explain how your activity will reach suitable prospects, build trust and lead to paid memberships.
All activity must be lawful, professional and appropriate for the audience. We want thoughtful targeting and genuine conversations, not spam or misleading sales tactics.

About You
Relevant experience may include B2C sales, business development, affiliate marketing, lead generation, membership sales, telesales, recruitment, community building, partnerships, referral marketing or customer acquisition.
We will also consider applicants without formal experience who demonstrate strong commercial instincts, confidence, creativity and a convincing plan.
You must be able to:
*Commit to five hours per week
*Own both prospect generation and sales outcomes
*Build a strategy rather than wait for instructions
*Find prospects without being given a contact list
*Use your own suitable prospecting or marketing resources
*Communicate confidently in writing and conversation
*Explain a specialist service in clear, credible language

Hours, Pay and Contract
*£15 per hour
*Five hours per week
*Fully remote with flexible working hours
*Initial four-week paid trial
*£50 for each prospect you generate who becomes a paying annual member within 30 days
*Contract until at least 28 February 2027 after a successful trial
*Long-term extension available for consistent sales performance
Candidates who secure at least two new paying annual members during the paid trial and demonstrate a professional, repeatable approach will be offered continuation through at least 28 February 2027.
This role will suit someone excited by building a sales or affiliate acquisition process from the ground up and proving that their ideas can generate measurable results.
