Full job descriptionA well-established London law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to support a Residential Property Partner with a varied caseload.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Paralegal with previous conveyancing experience to join a busy, client-focused team and take on a varied role covering both legal and administrative support.
The Residential Property Paralegal role:
*Supporting freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Assisting with remortgages and transfers of equity
*Supporting fee earners with contracts, leases and completion statements
*Preparing Land Registry applications and title searches
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and lenders
*Managing file opening, closing and general file administration
*Arranging appointments, meetings and diary management
*Assisting with post-completion matters
*Maintaining accurate electronic and physical files
*Providing telephone and in-person client support
The successful Residential Property Paralegal:
*Previous residential conveyancing experience is essential
*Previous law firm experience required
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Strong client care skills
*Experience using legal case management systems
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership
*Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities
What’s on offer:
