Full job descriptionSenior Project Manager -SaaS Implementation(HR & Recruitment Systems) 6-month FTC (likely extending to 12) Central London, hybrid (2 days/week)
I’m recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a well-established London charitable social enterprise - 1,200 people across 40+ sites - building out a newly created project delivery function.
You’d lead the end-to-end implementation of a new recruitment platform (ATS): vendor selection, requirements, configuration, data migration, UAT, training, rollout and adoption. Off-the-shelf SaaS, implemented properly - this is not a custom build.
What you’ll own:
*The full delivery lifecycle: scope, plans, budgets, risks and dependencies, from discovery through to handover and post-go-live improvement
*Vendor selection, then the vendor relationship - contracts, commercials, invoices, and holding them to account on quality and timelines
*Proper governance: RAID logs, RAG reporting, roadmaps and weekly status reports, planned in MS Project or Smartsheet
*The BA work too - this is a small team, so you’ll gather user requirements and map journeys, workflows and processes yourself
*Data migration involving sensitive personal data, with a genuine working understanding of GDPR and migration risk
*Change and adoption across an organisation that’s new to project management - comms, training, and bringing people with you across 40+ sites
You’ll need:
*Extensive experience in end-to-end SaaS implementation delivery (this is a senior role)
*HR or recruitment systems experience - HRIS or ATS: Workday, SuccessFactors, iTrent, Oracle, Fieldglass or similar (desirable)
*Waterfall delivery in structured, regulated or data-sensitive environments
*Real vendor management, including contract and budget ownership
*Exceptional documentation - statements of work, timing plans, process maps
*To be London-based and happy in the office 2 days a week (more during training and rollout), with a DBS check
This probably isn’t for you if your background is agile product delivery, building custom software with dev teams, or on-prem-to-cloud infrastructure migration.
