Full job descriptionAs an Internal Audit Manager in the FMCG industry, you’ll oversee and improve internal audit processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency in Leeds. Your role will help maintain the integrity of operations, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.

Description
*Plan, execute, and manage internal audits across various business functions.
*Identify and assess potential risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
*Provide recommendations to improve processes and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to address findings and implement corrective actions.
*Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to senior management.
*Monitor the implementation of agreed audit recommendations.
*Support the development of the internal audit framework and methodology.
*Stay up to date with changes in regulations and best practices within the FMCG industry.
Profile
A successful Internal Audit Manager should have:
*Professional qualifications in accounting or auditing, such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
*Strong knowledge of internal audit processes and risk management principles.
*Proven experience in the FMCG industry or a similar environment.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
*Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary CIRCA £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Car allowance
*10% annual bonus
*Permanent position based in Leeds.
