Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Care Professional seeking high earning potential, stable hours, and a scenic change of pace? Randstad is currently recruiting across Argyll & Bute, the Western Isles, the Orkney Islands, and the Shetland Islands.
We offer a range of flexible short-term contracts and longer-term placements across Care Homes, Homecare, and Supported Living settings.
Pay Rates & Financial Benefits
*Healthcare Assistants & Support Workers: From £19.00/hr (PAYE rolled up)

*Senior Roles: From £21.50/hr (PAYE rolled up)

*Accommodation Provided: Client-supplied shared accommodation included for the duration of your placement.

*Travel Reimbursed: Full reimbursement for your ferry travel to and from the islands.

Contract Details & Flexibility
*Contract Length: Minimum 12-week commitment, with placements extending up to 6 months.

*Time Off: Eligible for up to 2 weeks of holiday if you extend past your initial 12 weeks.

*Team Managers

Key Requirements
*Proven experience in a relevant healthcare or social care setting.

*Right to work in the UK.

*Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week island placement.
