Description
*Analyse existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
*Develop and implement enhanced financial procedures and systems.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
*Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices in finance operations.
*Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further refinements as needed.
*Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
*Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving its strategic objectives.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Process Consultant should have:
*Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems within the professional services industry.
*Proven experience in process improvement and implementation.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
*A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
*Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
*Experience of SAP4 Hana and/or SAP R/3.
