Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Production Engineer to join their technical team.
This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility for developing and improving manufacturing processes from customer drawings through to production.
As the Production Engineer You will:
*Develop and improve manufacturing processes and routings
*Support CNC programming, tooling and workholding requirements
*Troubleshoot production and quality issues
*Drive improvements in efficiency, cost and machine performance
*Support new product introduction and process development
*Create and maintain manufacturing documentation
*Work with suppliers and internal teams on technical improvements
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
We’re looking for a practical and technically minded engineer with experience in a precision manufacturing or CNC environment.
*CNC machining and programming
*Engineering drawings and tolerancing
*Tooling and workholding
*Process improvement
*CAD
You don’t need to tick every box. Strong manufacturing experience, good problem-solving skills and the willingness to learn are just as important.
