Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Interim Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a business based full onsite in South Kirkby for an initial period of around three months.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a busy team and provide immediate support with purchase ledger duties.
Key responsibilities:
*Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
*Matching, batching and coding invoices
*Statement reconciliations
*Query resolution with suppliers and internal teams
*Assisting with payment runs
*Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
Candidate requirements:
*Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good communication skills
*Ability to start at short notice would be highly advantageous
This role is fully onsite in South Kirkby, so candidates must be able to commute daily.
