A high-growth technology business is looking for a Growth Analytics Lead to join, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic, data-led decision making.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded analytics leader to own the insights behind growth, product and go-to-market strategy. Rather than producing reports or dashboards, you’ll identify opportunities, build solutions, influence business decisions and measure their impact.
What you’ll be doing*Own analytics across product, commercial and growth initiatives

*Identify opportunities to improve customer activation, adoption and retention

*Deliver insights on pricing, monetisation and expansion opportunities

*Design and analyse product experiments

*Build robust analytics using SQL, dbt and modern data platforms

*Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders

*Partner closely with leadership to shape company strategy

What we’re looking for*Strong experience in Growth, Product or Commercial Analytics

*Hands-on technical skills with SQL and modern analytics tools

*Proven ability to influence commercial outcomes through data

*Experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment

*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

*Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
