Description
*Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
*Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for management review.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
*Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
*Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
*Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
*Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
*Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Offer
*Salary between £60,000 and £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*25 days of holiday leave.
