*Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Oversee payroll compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
*Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of payroll data.
*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
*Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
*Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.
*Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and recommend necessary adjustments.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
*Previous experience in managing payroll processes.
