Service Controller
Bristol | Up to £30,000 + Benefits | Permanent
Are you an organised scheduler, coordinator or service administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for a Service Controller to become the hub of a busy service operation, coordinating engineers, managing customer enquiries and keeping everything running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Planning and scheduling engineers’ daily workloads
Responding to customer breakdowns and service requests
Coordinating urgent call-outs and maintenance visits
Updating job records and service information
Working with multiple departments to deliver excellent customer service
Producing reports and supporting operational performance
What We’re Looking For
*Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Planner or Dispatch experience
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
*Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage changing priorities
*Proactive, solutions-focused approach
