Temporary ReceptionistLocation: Elton (Driver essential due to remote location)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Dates: Monday 17th August to Friday 21st August
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
The RoleWe are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide holiday cover for a busy office based in Elton. Due to the remote location, candidates must have their own transport and be able to drive.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous reception or administration experience who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities*Meeting and greeting visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
*Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
*Managing the reception area and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors
*Providing general administrative support to the team
*Assisting with basic office duties and ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate*Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional and courteous manner
*Confident answering and directing telephone calls
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*Must be able to drive and have access to own transport due to the location
