Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives? Do you have experience supporting vulnerable individuals within Social Housing, homelessness, or mental health services? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.


We are currently working with a respected local organisation to recruit a Temporary Support Worker to provide essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness and/or mental health challenges. This is a rewarding role where you’ll work closely with service users, helping them to maintain their independence, access appropriate services, and achieve positive outcomes within the community.

What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a candidate with experience in the social housing sector who has knowledge of support planning and benefits such as housing, health and welfare benefit claims.
You will work closely with residents. You will need to do this by meeting with residents, discussing support needs and how you will be able to support them to meet their goals by creating support plans.
