Full job descriptionSenior Quantity Surveyor (Rail)
Client - Rail Contractor
Contract dates - October 2026 - August 2027
IR35 status - outside
Day Rate - £450 - £500
Location - Wiltshire - 3 days in the office
Responsibilities will include:
*Providing a dedicated and professional pre and post contract commercial management service
*Ensuring projects are successfully delivered within cost and time constraints
*Assisting with commercial management of various work packages such as: Design, Installation, Test & Commission, Materials, Telecoms, Electrification, Power, Plant, Professional Services, Civil Engineering and Permanent Way
*Providing contractual and commercial support to Project Managers and Engineering
Essential requirements:
*Substantial Senior Quantity Surveyor experience
*Rail contracting background
*Degree qualified or equivalent
*Strong track record in a contractor side, project environment
