We are recruiting a Hybrid Tutor/Assessor to deliver engaging online Adult Skills programmes at Level 2 and Level 3. This is a salaried position with guaranteed work throughout the academic year.
The role involves delivering three online webinars per day, alongside learner assessment, virtual marking, progress reviews, and learner support.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver high-quality online teaching and assessment.
*Plan engaging learning sessions and monitor learner progress.
*Complete virtual marking and provide constructive feedback.
*Support learner achievement, employability, and personal development.
*Maintain accurate records and quality assurance compliance.
*Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
About You*Experience in teaching, tutoring, training, or assessing.
*Strong communication, organisation, and digital skills.
*Confident delivering online learning.
*Self-motivated with a learner-focused approach.
*QTS is not required.
