Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 OTE

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working once again with a fantastic company in Shipley who specialise in business solutions across the UK. This is an extremely important role for them and is crucial in driving the sales team forward.
This role combines two key responsibilities: leading the sales team and building strategic relationships with high-value prospects.
The Sales Manager will own team performance, sales targets and health scores, while improving sales processes, driving sustainable growth and maximising gross profit. They will also create new opportunities through strategic introductions, with sales representatives responsible for managing and closing each opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
*Own sales performance, targets and health scores.
*Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable.
*Monitor performance through regular 1:1s and team meetings.
*Improve and embed effective sales processes and working practices.
*Coach and develop team members to improve skills and performance.
*Drive sustainable growth and maximise gross profit.
Business Development
*Build relationships with ideal customers and high-value prospects.
*Create opportunities through strategic introductions.
*Strengthen key relationships and hand opportunities to sales representatives to manage and close.
Operational Ownership
*Provide weekly sales performance reports.
*Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data.
*Lead the delivery of agreed initiatives, campaigns and process improvements.
Essential
*Proven B2B sales experience.
*Experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
*Strong organisational, CRM and reporting skills.
*A clear, supportive communicator who can provide direct feedback and drive accountability.
