Our client is a well established Manufacturing organisation who are looking to add a Part Qualified Management Accountant to their team on a permanent basis.

Description
*Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Analyse financial data to provide insights and support strategic decisions.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
*Reconcile accounts and manage financial discrepancies.
*Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
*Collaborate with different departments to monitor costs and budgets.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Studying towards a professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
*Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
*Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Knowledge of the Manufacturing sector would be an advantage.
*Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
*Able to commute to our client’s office in Burton-on-Trent.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
