Your Responsibilities
*Take ownership of and develop an existing, established client portfolio
*Deliver holistic, independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
*Conduct regular client reviews and identify planning opportunities
*Build trusted, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
*Work collaboratively with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver outstanding client experiences
*Leverage the firm’s referral network to grow your client base sustainably
*Ensure all advice meets FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
*Proven experience delivering regulated financial advice
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills
*Client-centric, ethical approach to financial planning
*Ability to manage and develop existing relationships
*Commitment to ongoing professional development
Desirable:
*Progress towards or near Chartered Financial Planner status
*Experience with HNW/UHNW client portfolios
*Track record of generating referral business
