Description
*Completion of appraisals and reviews.
*Manage client accounts and build strong professional relationships.
*overseeing development and performance of the team.
*Ensure all financial processes adhere to current regulations and standards.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members with internal training.
*Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and challenges.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively.
Profile
A successful Accounts Manager should have:
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
*Experience in managing client relationships within professional services.
*Experience of managing a team
*Proven ability to manage a portfolio efficiently and effectively
*A professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
Job Offer
*A salary of £50,000-£55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position based in Diss.
