Description
*Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
*Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
*Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
*Supervise the finance team and provide guidance as needed.
*Handle cash flow management and forecasting.
*Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function.
Profile
A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
*A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of relevant standards.
*Experience in managing a finance team and overseeing financial operations.
*Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
*Confidence in working within the healthcare industry.
Job Offer
*A daily rate of £300 - £350, dependent on the level of experience.
*A temporary contract.
