Key Requirements*Essential UK Experience:Verifiable experience within a UK primary school setting supporting KS1 children with SEND (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or Speech & Language barriers).
*EHCP Implementation:Capability to follow Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and adapt national curriculum tasks to meet individual learning needs.
*Safeguarding & Vetting:An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for a new check through Randstad).
*Specialist Skills:Strong de-escalation techniques, patience, emotional resilience, and a proactive approach to inclusive learning.
