Key Requirements*Essential UK Experience:Verifiable experience within a UK primary school or specialist setting working alongside children with SEND (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or Speech & Language needs).
*EHCP Implementation: Experience following Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and adapting learning tasks to individual abilities.
*Safeguarding & Compliance:Valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willing to complete a new check).
*Core Skills:Excellent de-escalation skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and strong collaborative skills with SENCOs and class teachers.
