Key Requirements*Essential UK Experience:Demonstrated UK experience delivering support within EYFS or Key Stage 1 primary classrooms.
*Phonics Proficiency: Proven proficiency delivering phonics schemes used in UK schools (e.g., Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds, Little Wandle).
*Safeguarding & Compliance:An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or readiness to apply for one.
*Core Skills:Ability to lead engaging 1:1 and small-group reading interventions while encouraging a positive early learning environment.
