We are seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team in Warrington for part-time weekend work. This role focuses on supporting children within their homes and the community, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide attentive care based on individual care plans, including personal care and community activities.
*Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to safeguarding protocols.
*Monitor and report changes in children’s conditions to professionals.
*Travel to homes and community locations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum 6 months UK care-related experience, specifically with children.
*Strong awareness of safeguarding issues related to children.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*Empathetic and committed to high-quality care.
*An up-to-date DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service. Support available for new DBS applications.
