*Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
*Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
*Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
*Collaborate with other departments to gather and interpret financial data.
*Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
*Support month-end and year-end close processes.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.
*Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required by senior management.
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
*Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
*A solid understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
*Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly.
*The ability to work collaboratively across teams.
*A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
