Description
*Prepare accounts and tax returns. Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
*Proficient in online bookkeeping packages, Excel, and Word. Experience with CCH preferred.
*Demonstrate effective oral and written communication.
*Manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
*Oversee junior staff, review their work, and provide mentorship.
*Work proactively with managers and partners to build and maintain client relationships.
*Understand the business landscape and client needs.
*Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
*Begin to build a small portfolio of clients.


Profile
A successful Senior Accountant should have:
*A recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA or ACA.
*Accounts preparation experience gained in a UK accountancy firm.
*Proficiency in accounts preparation software (CCH, Iris, CaseWear etc).
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.


Job Offer
*A salary of £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*A permanent position in Central London.
