*Prepare and manage financial reports to provide clear insights into company performance.
*Oversee budgeting processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
*Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
*Work closely with stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
*Manage and develop the finance team to achieve effective operations.
*Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
*A strong background in accounting and finance within the property industry.
*Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
*Proven ability to manage financial operations and reporting effectively.
*Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
*Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
*Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team.
*Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
