Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity with a global energy and engineering business?
Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to support its HR and Recruitment team across a range of administration, onboarding and employee processes.
The Role*Prepare contracts and new starter documentation.
*Coordinate onboarding, medicals and reference checks.
*Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
*Support maternity risk assessments and leaver processes.
*Prepare contract amendments and general HR administration.
*Liaise with internal departments to ensure HR processes run smoothly.
The Person*Previous HR Administration experience.
*Strong organisation and attention to detail.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
*Good Microsoft Office skills.
*Ideally studying towards CIPD.
