The Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will:
*Monitor and prioritise your workload to achieve targets
*Manage a pipeline of properties that are sold subject to contract
*Chase mortgage offers and progress transactions
*Maintain regular communication with agents
*Keep vendors and purchasers updated throughout the sales process
*Communicate effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors, and buyers
*Arrange for contracts to be signed
*Update managers on the progress of sales
*Maintain accurate CRM records and update the vendor portal
Sales Progressor Requirements
*Previous experience in sales progression or conveyancing
*Excellent customer service skills
*Strong organisational skills
*A confident and professional approach
*The ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritise workload effectively
