OVERVIEW:
• Excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a busy and growing Leeds team offering high quality transactional work and genuine long term career progression.
• Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, shareholder arrangements and corporate structuring.
• Work closely with experienced Partners and colleagues on complex and high-quality transactions.
• Advise a diverse client base across a range of sectors and business types.
• Develop your technical expertise and commercial understanding through exposure to a varied caseload.
• Suitable for qualified Solicitors with approximately 2–3 years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Solid experience gained within a respected corporate team is essential, ideally within a medium or large law firm.
• Strong technical ability with a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to client matters.
• Ambitious, personable and keen to develop a long-term career within a thriving corporate practice.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client relationship skills required.
