Description
*Manage client accounts and oversee their financial reporting and tax compliance requirements.
*Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
*Maintain strong client relationships and address their financial queries.
*Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Profile
A successful Accounts Manager should have:


*A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
*Experience in managing accounts within the accountancy practice industry.
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
*Proven ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position based in Sidcup.
